It’s been our intention to incorporate all the lessons we have learnt over the last 30 years and design them into our new building Weston House so as to compliment Allen House, our existing grade 11 listed building, with all its timber beams and old world charm.
Weston House looks great from the outside with it brick piers and stone curve features but when you enter you will realise this is a very special business centre filled with care and attention to detail which is what our tenants enjoy.
Let me walk you into Weston House , firstly you will see ceramic tiles to all common floor areas including the stairs which will help us keep the place clean with our in house maintenance and cleaning team. Large 15 person lift so that access to all floors is an easy task, plus spacious hall ways and stairs.
Although we have single bays, double bays, and bay groups up to four, they can all be rented separately or linked together to suit the size of your work force.
All come with their own discrete kitchen, air conditioning, full central heating, and LED cool white lighting.
A small data cabinet with separate switch for data, VoIP, Wi-Fi , which allows you to set out your office furniture to suit yourself knowing that a computer point and power are within easy reach.
All offices have large double glazed windows, suspended ceiling, white decorated walls, grey hard wearing carpet tile floors.
Outside we have massive, secure free parking, along with electric car charge points, cycle park, places to sit along the river bank for you staff to have lunch, Easy walk to Sawbridgeworth high street and two minutes’ walk to the station taking you direct to Liverpool Street station and the city .
