refurbishment works to the East 3 entrance and staircase.
As a family-run business, pride and care go into every detail.
Owners Jeff Allen and Carl Allen were personally hands-on
throughout the refurbishment, with Carl designing and building
the staircase himself—an enduring reflection of the care,
craftsmanship, and personal touch that define what Allen
House Business Centre offer.
We are proud of our listed building; we understand the
importance of moving forward with modern expectations while
preserving the original character and charm that make Allen
House unique.
This refurbishment represents our ongoing commitment to
protecting the future of the building – ensuring it remains
attractive, functional, and fit for continued business growth.
The upgraded East 3 entrance will enhance first impressions
